The Problem
Sales teams lacked a fast way to structure legal entities in a deal. That meant more time chasing scattered data and more hedge risk from market moves—sometimes enough to sink the entire deal.

Shipped Tool: Merge Legal Entities
Reps no longer open multiple company tabs to piece together a deal. They now select and consolidate entities into one trustworthy record without chasing conflicting data across multiple pages.

To protect data quality, entity merges were capped at five. So "company" merges exist so larger consolidations happen in small, reviewable batches.
